Part I Number One: Rio Hondo Independent School District, Texas suspended classes on fifth of May to allow students a 'day off' to honor Mexican war heroes. The same public school district did not suspend classes for students on Memorial Day to honor Americans who died in service of their country, why you decide for yourself. Perhaps United States federal tax dollars to the school district should be suspended to allow the school district to apply for tax dollars from Mexico.
