Our God will answer

I wonder who worked the fields of old; before it became passé to work ones land your self? I wonder who sewed the clothes, mended the fences, and mowed the yards. Who built the buildings, started the businesses and grew our nation? One side would have us to believe that we have always had someone else do our work for us, that we have always been lazy good for nothing people who couldn’t walk straight if it were not for them, then the other side that says we have never needed anyone, must be some sort of compromise to those statements I assume. It is highly unlikely that the farmers of old imported their labor from any further than the next state simply because they would have ridden many, many miles to bring them back and mass advertising was out of the question so one would think that the farmers of old were the ones who worked the land, milked the cows and fed the livestock. It is highly unlikely that if we look at any of the innovators of modern technology that they had some person from another country to lead them to their success, they took the risks, they put their money and dreams on the line and they flourished, so what is this we would be nothing if it were not for any group of people thing???

There is no group of people who can claim the greatness of America, no political party, no activist group, not even congress or senate; much less the president can make that claim. Who can you ask? If you are an atheist might I suggest you stop reading here. There is only one who is responsible for America being great and He has been stripped from the classrooms, He has been pushed from our court houses, He has had his name attacked on a daily basis and yet he still remains. I remember during the early fighting in Iraq hearing about how the people were required to have a picture of their leader in their homes in a place of honor, I have a picture of my leader up in my home in a place of honor and I did so voluntarily because my leader is not of this world and my leader does not require I follow him, he allows me to. For all the great people this country has spawned we have yet to spawn anyone as great or magnificent as my leader, not a one could even hold the basin to wash his feet and yet we think we are so great.

We have turned away from our true leader, we have given much more credit to those of human body than they truly deserve. If we are in trouble we look to our government to fix it, even though we know they are simply humans like us who really cannot fix anything. There is only one way to end the oil crises, the illegal immigration debate, global warming and all the problems that we have looked to them for and that my friend is on bended knee. If every single believer in this country were to go to God in prayer and ask him to bless us again like he has so many times before, our God will answer. We just need to remember, that it was who created the fields, created the Sunrise and the Sunset, he created us all and he will do what is just and fair, we will not have to call him and email him constantly to get him to do what is right because he already knows. Take a really close look at the candidates for president, the congress, the senate and recognize that they are only human and then ask our God to intervene, to make them people a blessed country would be proud of and our God will answer.
